简单介绍:
Goatanti-Mouse(Murine)ImmunoglobulinG2a(IgG2a)(HeavyChain)Antibody(AlkalinePhosphatase(AP))
详情介绍:
Immunogen Mouse IgG2a heavy chain
Immunogen Type: Native Protein
Isotype IgG2a
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG2a. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
Characteristics Mouse IgG2a secondary antibody is available in a variety of formats. When choosing a secondary antibody, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
Purification MOUSE IgG2a Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Sterility Sterile filtered
Alternative Name IgG2a
Background Synonyms: IgG2a antibody, mouse IgG2a, anti-subclass secondary antibody, secondary antibody conjugate, mouse secondary antibody, conjugated antibody, Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Anti-Mouse IgG2a Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Secondary Antibodies are ideal for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, western blotting, as well as other anti IgG2a antibody based assays.

Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
Do not add Sodium azide.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
