Application Notes PTRF Peptide is used for blocking the activity of PTRF antibody (catalog number 7267P). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37 °C.

Reconstitution During shipment, small volumes of antibody will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For products with volumes of 200 μL or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap.
Buffer Peptide is supplied as 200 μg/mL solution in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1 % bovine serum albumin and 0.02 % sodium azide.
