Application Notes By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.75 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig Optimal dilution has to be determined by user. This antibody does not cross reacts with Fab or F(ab') 2 of IgG. Some cross reaction with IgG of other species such as horse and sheep was observed. No cross reaction with human IgA, IgE or IgM. Antibody might also be suited for other applications not tested so far.

Reconstitution Reconstitute with 0.5 mL sterile H20 or PBS to give a 1 mg/mL concentration.
Handling Advice Please Note: Always centrifuge product briefly before opening vial. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
