Blocked Antibody anti-Bacillus Anthracis Lethal Factor (LF) (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1001779)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of Anthrax lethal factor.
Application Notes Anthrax peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Anthrax lethal factor antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
