Blocked Antibody anti-BTK antibody (Bruton Agammaglobulinemia tyrosine Kinase) (N-Term) (ABIN1001944)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human BTK (NT).
Application Notes Casp-6 peptide is used for blocking the activity of BTK antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in immunoblot analysis by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
