Blocked Antibody anti-IL-1R Associated Kinase 2 antibody (ABIN1002516)
Characteristics 19 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IRAK2.
Application Notes IRAK2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-IRAK2 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
