Blocked Antibody anti-CHUK antibody (conserved Helix-Loop-Helix Ubiquitous Kinase) (ABIN1002504)
Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IKK alpha (C2).
Application Notes IKK alpha peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-IKK alpha . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
