Blocked Antibody anti-AKT antibody (V-Akt Murine Thymoma Viral Oncogene Homolog 1) (ABIN1001748)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human Akt.
Application Notes Akt1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-Akt antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
