简单介绍:
TripartiteMotifContaining5(TRIM5)Peptide
详情介绍:
Blocked Antibody anti-TRIM5 antibody (Tripartite Motif Containing 5) (ABIN1003379)
Characteristics 14 amino acids from the carboxy terminus of human TRIM5.
Application Notes TRIM5 delta peptide is used for blocking the activity of the TRIM5 delta antibody . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 200 µg/mL
Buffer Supplied in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
