Blocked Antibody anti-DNA Fragmentation Factor 40 (Caspase Activated Dnase) antibody (ABIN1002218)
Characteristics 18 amino acids near the center of mouse DFF40.
Application Notes DFF40 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-DFF40 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.

Handling Advice For products with volumes of 200 μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container’s cap. The peptide solution should be gently mixed before use.
