Characteristics 16 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of mouse CAD.
Application Notes CAD peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-CAD . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
