Blocked Antibody anti-beta-Site APP Cleaving Enzyme (BACE) (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1001890)
Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human BACE.
Application Notes BACE peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of BACE antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC
