Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human TACE.
Application Notes TACE peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-TACE . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the activity of Anti-TACE in Western blotting.
