Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Caspase-10.
Application Notes Caspase-10 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-caspase-10 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
