Blocked Antibody anti-Amyloid Protein (C-Term), (Precursor) antibody (ABIN1001766)
Characteristics 15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human APP.
Application Notes APP peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-APP . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
