Blocked Antibody anti-SIRPalpha (Tyrosine Kinase Substrate) (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1003137)
Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human SIRP alpha.
Application Notes SIRP alpha peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-SIRP alpha . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
