Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human nicastrin.
Application Notes Nicastrin peptide is used for blocking activity of nicastrin antibody . It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
