Blocked Antibody anti-ECSIT (Intermediate in The TLR & Bmp Signaling Pathways) (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1002236)
Characteristics 14 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human ECSIT.
Application Notes ECSIT peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-ECSIT antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
