Bcl2ModifyingFactor(BMF)(C-Term)Peptide
详情介绍:
Blocked Antibody anti-BMF antibody (Bcl2 Modifying Factor) (C-Term) (ABIN1003290)
Characteristics 14 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Bmf.
Application Notes Bmf peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of Bmf antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 200 µg/mL
Buffer Supplied in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
