Blocked Antibody anti-TAR DNA Binding Protein (TARDBP) (N-Term) antibody (ABIN1003254)
Characteristics 15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human TDP43.
Application Notes TDP43 peptide is used for blocking the activity of TDP43 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
