Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of HIV-1 gp120.
Application Notes gp120 peptide is used for blocking the activity of gp120 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
