Characteristics 17 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human TRAIL.
Application Notes TRAIL peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-TRAIL . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the activity of Anti-TRAIL in Western blotting.
