Blocked Antibody anti-Bcl-2 Binding Athanogene 1 (N-Term) antibody (ABIN1001871)
Characteristics 14 amino acids near the amino terminus of human BAG1.
Application Notes BAG-1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of BAG1 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C.
