Blocked Antibody anti-Apoptosis Inhibitor of Macrophages (AIM) (N-Term) antibody (ABIN1001812)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human AIM.
Application Notes AIM peptide is used for blocking activity of AIM antibody . It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.

Handling Advice For products with volumes of 200 μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container’s cap. The peptide solution should be gently mixed before use.
