Blocked Antibody anti-AES antibody (Amino-terminal Enhancer of Split) (N-Term) (ABIN1001758)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human AES.
Application Notes AES peptide is used for blocking the activity of AES antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
