Characteristics 20 amino acids near the center of human Caspase-9.
Application Notes Caspase-9 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-caspase-9 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of Caspase-9 antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
