Blocked Antibody anti-TRIM5 antibody (Tripartite Motif Containing 5) (Internal Region) (ABIN1003376)
Characteristics 15 amino acids from towards the carboxy terminus of human TRIM5.
Application Notes TRIM5 alpha peptide is used for blocking the activity of the TRIM5 alpha (IN1) antibody . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
