Blocked Antibody anti-SARS Virus Membrane Protein (Internal Region) antibody (ABIN1003114)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the center of SARS Spike protein.
Application Notes SARS Spike peptide is used for blocking the activity of the SARS Spke (IN1) antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
