简单介绍:
Caspase9,Apoptosis-RelatedCysteinePeptidase(CASP9)(InternalRegion)Peptide
详情介绍:
Blocked Antibody anti-Caspase 9 antibody (Caspase 9, Apoptosis-Related Cysteine Peptidase) (Internal Region) (ABIN1002029)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the center of human Caspase-9.
Application Notes Caspase-9 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-caspase-9 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of Caspase-9 antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 200 µg/mL
Buffer Supplied in PBS pH 7.2 (10 mM NaH₂PO₄, 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.
