Characteristics 16 amino acids near the center of human MyD88.
Application Notes MyD88 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-MyD88 . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blotting.
