Characteristics 14 amino acids near the center of human IL-27.
Application Notes IL-27 peptide is used for blocking activity of IL-27 antibody . It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
