Blocked Antibody anti-PUMA (Novel Member in Bcl-2 Family) (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1003053)
Characteristics 14 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human PUMA.
Application Notes PUMA peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of PUMA antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC
