Purification Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG is suitable for immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:20,000 - 1:100,000, Western Blot 1:2,000 - 1:10,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user.).

Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Storage Comment Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG can be stored vial at 4 °C prior to restoration.
This product is stable for several weeks at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below.
