Application Notes Suitable for use in direct ELISA (1:5.000) and Immunostaining. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Buffer 0.05 M Tris buffer, pH 7.6 containing 1 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM ZnCl2 and 1 % BSA, 0.1 % Sodium Azide
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful) in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0 %. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
Do not add Sodium azide.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.
