Characteristics Anti-Kappa (κ) light chain antibody recognizes Kappa light chains of human immunoglobulin and does not react with Lambda (λ) light chain or heavy chain. Kappa light chains are present on about 60 % of normal B lymphocytes.
Purification Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
Application Notes FC with whole blood: 100 µL blood + 20 µL antibody, FC with cells: 10^6 cells + 20 µL antibody. FACS: 1:5
