Specificity This antibody recognizes human mu chains. The specificity of the anti-IgM antibody has been verified in indirect ELISA against human IgM, IgG, IgA and IgD.
Characteristics The antibody can be used for detecting human mu heavy chains in ELISA, flow cytometry, and immunohistocytochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections.
Purification Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
Background Most mature B lymphocytes express IgM.
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes FC with whole blood: 100 µL blood + 20 µL antibody, FC with cells: 10^6 cells + 20 µL antibody. FACS: 1:200-1:1.000
