Characteristics This monoclonal antibody recognizes human IgA (IgA1 and IgA2) within the Fc region in ELISA when used as primary antibody. It does not react with human IgG and anti-NP IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgM and IgE.
Purification Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
