Immunogen Purified rat IgG
Clone KT100
Isotype IgG2b
Specificity This monoclonal antibody recognizes rat immunoglobulin light chain. It does not react with mouse IgG. The antibody has been tested with rat IgM, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG2c with kappa chains (not tested with lambda chains). The antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxydase (HRP) to be used as secondary antibody in ELISA and western blot applications.
Purification Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
Application Notes ELISA: 1:5.000, WB: 1:10.000

Buffer Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 mL of PBS pH 7.4 with 0.01 % thimerosal.

Handling Advice Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide!
