简单介绍:
Mouseanti-HumanIgM(FcRegion)Antibody(FITC)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Purified human IgM.
Clone CH2
Isotype IgG
Specificity The antibody CH2 reacts with Fc fragment of human IgM.
Characteristics The purified antibody is conjugated with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The reagent is free of unconjugated FITC.
Purification Purified from rabbit serum by protein-G affinity chromatography.
Background Immunoglobulin M (IgM) is produced as a 900 kDa pentamer, which is an efficient complement binder. This antibody type is produced initially in the immune response and it is the first immunoglobulin class to be synthesized by a fetus or newborn. IgM antibodies do not cross the placenta. IgM concentration in blood is 0.12 g/l and its biological survival (plasma T1/2) is 5 days.
Molecular Weight 900 kDa
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 1: 500. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
Comment

Excitation/Emission wavelength: 494 nm/514 nm

Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 1 mg/mL
Buffer Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.4
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Do not freeze.
Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
Storage 4 °C
Storage Comment Store in the dark at 2-8 °C. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label. Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent. However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user.
