Immunogen Purified rat IgG2b
Clone KT98
Isotype IgG1
Characteristics This monoclonal antibody recognizes rat IgG2b. It does not react with mouse IgG, rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2c, and IgM. The antibody can be used for rat immunoglobulin isotyping. The antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxydase to be used as secondary antibody in ELISA and western blot applications.
Purification Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
