Characteristics Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Fc - DyLight®488 conjugate is a secondary antibody conjugated to DyLight®488, which binds to rabbit IgG Fc in immunological assays. DyLight® 488 Amax = 493 nm, Emax = 519 nm. DyLight® is a registered trade mark of Thermofisher Inc., and its subsidaries.

Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Rehydrate this product with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working solution daily.
Storage Comment Store freeze-dried powder at 2-8 °C. Product is stable for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C after rehydratation. For extended storage after rehydratation, add an equal volume of glycerol and store at -20°C.
