Background Goat anti-human kappa (k) chain is a secondary antibody conjugated to FITC, which binds to human kappa chain in immunological assays. Antibody is affinity purified using solid phase human kappa chain. Fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate (FITC) has Amax = 494 nm, Emax = 518 nm.
Application Notes This conjugate is suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s): 1:20 - 1:2000 for most applications
