Characteristics Goat anti-human IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, is a secondary antibody which binds to human IgG in immunological assays. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are adsorbed against bovine, mouse, rabbit serum and affinity purified using solid phase human IgG. (H&L)
