Characteristics Goat anti-mouse IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, are secondary antibodies which bind to all mouse IgGs in immunological assays. (TRITC) has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are adsorbed against goat, human, rabbit, rat IgG and are affinity purified using solid phase mouse IgG.
