Characteristics Goat anti-human IgG Fc, Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, is a secondary antibody which binds to human IgG constant part in immunological assays. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are adsorbed against human IgA+IgM and affinity purified using solid phase human IgG.
