Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer HeLa acid extracts are supplied in dilution buffer (PBS supplemented with 0.5 mM DTT and 2 mM PMSF). Cells were cultured in medium containing 30 μM anacardic acid for 6 hours immediately prior to harvesting.
Preservative Dithiothreitol (DTT)
Precaution of Use This product contains Dithiothreitol (DTT): a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice It ist recommended to aliquot the extracts into single-use fractions and then storing them at -80 °C. This eliminates repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
