Components 2 x 100 μg of HeLa nuclear extract (TNF-α stimulated) at 2.50 μg/μl

Buffer The HeLa nuclear extracts have been collected in Lysis Buffer after a 30-minute incubation with TNF-α (20 ng/mL). The Lysis Buffer consists of 20 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 350 mM NaCl, 20 % glycerol, 1 % Igepal-CA630, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM EDTA and 0.1 mM EGTA, 5 mM DTT and protease inhibitors. The protein content has been determined by a Bradford-based assay.
Preservative Dithiothreitol (DTT)
Precaution of Use This product contains Dithiothreitol (DTT): a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice It ist recommended to aliquot the extracts into single-use fractions and then storing them at -80 °C. This eliminates repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
