Characteristics

Origin: Human Cervix Adenocarcinoma
Components 2 x 100 μg of HeLa nuclear extract (Anisomycin treated) at 2.5 μg/μl
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 2.5 μg/μL
Buffer Nuclear extracts are supplied in dilution buffer (20 mM Hepes pH 7.5, 400 mM NaCl, 20 % glycerol, 0.1 mM EDTA, 10 mM NaF, 10 μM Na2MoO4, 1 mM NaVO3, 10 mM PNPP, 10 mM b-glycerophosphate, 1 mM DTT and protease inhibitors). Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 5 μM Anisomycin for 1 hour at 37 °C immediately prior to harvesting.
Preservative Dithiothreitol (DTT)
Precaution of Use This product contains Dithiothreitol (DTT): a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice It ist recommended to aliquot the extracts into single-use fractions and then storing them at -80 °C. This eliminates repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
