简单介绍:
Dipeptidyl-Peptidase7(DPP7)(AA22-492)(Active)protein(Histag)
详情介绍:
Characteristics This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 53 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Sterility 0.22 μm filtered
Endotoxin Level Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
ProductDetails: Biological Activity Comment Biological Activity: Measured by its ability to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate, Lys-Pro-AMC (KP-AMC). The specific activity is >4000 pmol/min/μg.
Background Dipeptidyl peptidase 2 (DPP2 or DPP II) is also known as Dipeptidyl peptidase 7 (DPP7), Quiescent cell proline dipeptidase (QPP), which belongs to the peptidase S28 family. DPP7 / DPP2 is detected in seminal plasma (at protein level). When the pH is 5.5, Dipeptidyl peptidase 2 display a optimum catalytic activity. DPP7 has low activity at pH 7 and is inactive at pH 8. DPP7 plays an important role in the degradation of some oligopeptides.
Molecular Weight 53 kDa
UniProt Q9UHL4
