简单介绍:
ScavengerReceptorClassB,Member2(SCARB2)(AA27-432)(Active)protein(FcTag)
详情介绍:
Characteristics This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 72.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-115 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Sterility 0.22 μm filtered
Endotoxin Level Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
ProductDetails: Biological Activity Comment Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rh SCARB2 / CD36L2/ LIMP2 Fc Chimera at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind rhTSP-2/His with a linear range of 0.1 - 5 μg/mL.
Background Scavenger receptor class B member 2 (SCARB2) is also known as Lysosome membrane protein 2 (LIMP2), 85 kDa lysosomal membrane sialoglycoprotein (LGP85), CD36 antigen-like 2 (CD36L2, LIMP2), which belongs to the CD36 family. SCARB2 acts as a lysosomal receptor for glucosylceramidase (GBA) targeting.
Molecular Weight 72.5 kDa
